Construction of Sports Facilities in Germany

This contract involves the renovation of the Ludwigshöhviertel sports hall, originally built in the 1930s and used by the American military until 1984. The project aims to transform the hall into a dual-purpose sports facility and community gathering space, accommodating up to 300 people. The existing structure, measuring 87m by 23m, will remain largely unchanged in appearance, with only external wall insulation being added. The interior will feature a sports area of 21m by 85m, with a roof height of 6.3m at the eaves and 10.44m at the peak. The renovation includes the addition of two levels of accessible changing rooms, restrooms, a trainer's room, a medical room, and storage space. A separate storage building with public restrooms, including an accessible toilet, a technical room, and a small kiosk is also planned. The total gross area of the new storage building will be 70m2, with 25m2 designated for sports equipment storage and maintenance of the outdoor area.
