Auction Services in France (2025-2029)

This contract involves providing auction services for surplus goods that the members of the consortium no longer need. The expected services from the candidate's proposed solution include: - Providing a dedicated online platform for selling goods and equipment, - Conducting electronic sales through an online auction website, - Collecting payments from buyers and transferring the collected amounts to the administration, - Following up with buyers in case of non-payment, - Preparing official documents for vehicle transfers (CERFA), - Offering a user hotline for potential buyers and administrators, - Providing access to sales statistics for each member of the consortium. The types of goods involved in this contract include, but are not limited to: - Light vehicles (4-wheel and 2-wheel), - Trailers, - Computer screens, central units, tablets, - Various types of equipment and furniture, household appliances, - Brush cutters, string trimmers, tractors, mowers. This list is not exhaustive. All goods sold will be sold as-is, without warranty. The service provider must ensure the confidentiality of the auctions and cannot exploit or disclose personal data or sales data (auction history, winning bids, etc.). They are prohibited from selling or sharing this information.
