Medical Equipment and Supplies for Laboratory Use

Fimlab Laboratories Oy is seeking suppliers for pre-filled formalin sample containers suitable for tissue samples in clinical use. The procurement includes three categories of sample containers containing 10% buffered formalin with a pH of 6.5-7.5, as well as one (1) liter of formalin fixative in a container or similar. The categories are as follows: Category 1: Sample container with 25-35 ml of formalin fixative; Category 2: Sample container with 125/250 ml of formalin fixative; Category 3: Sample container with 250/500 ml of formalin fixative; Category 4: One (1) liter of formalin fixative in a container or similar. Two (2) economically most advantageous suppliers will be selected for each category. Products will be procured in order of the best offers, and if the winning supplier cannot deliver according to the contract terms, the next best supplier will be chosen. The contract period is two (2) years, with the possibility of extending it for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. Detailed requirements and specifications are provided in the tender documents and attachments. The estimated consumption of the products is based on previous one-year usage data or future consumption estimates, which may vary. The estimated procurement amount for the contract period does not bind the buyer.
