Urban Planning and Landscape Architecture Services for Infrastructure Works in Montpellier

This contract opportunity involves a framework agreement for subsequent contracts with a maximum value of €1,000,000 excluding VAT for the entire duration. The project includes several key missions: 1. Develop guidelines for public spaces and a general organization plan for public areas. 2. Strengthen a hydraulic viability plan, landscape design, and civil engineering estimates by operational sector. 3. Phase the project effectively. 4. Provide comprehensive project management services for infrastructure works (including diagnostic, preliminary design, project, tender documents, project management, and operational readiness). 5. Additional tasks related to the complete project management services, such as project responsibility delegation, technical lot sheets preparation, updating preliminary studies, defining stormwater management structures, and occasional tasks. 6. Optional and occasional interventions. The estimated financial envelope for the works is €7,000,000 excluding VAT.
