Food Supply for Primary School

This contract involves the procurement of food supplies for the Primary School with Kindergarten located at Hurbanova 27, 036 01 Martin. The procurement is divided into seven categories: 1. Bread and Bakery Products 2. Basic Food Items 3. Beef, Pork, and Meat Products 4. Poultry and Fish 5. Milk and Dairy Products 6. Fruits and Vegetables 7. Frozen Vegetables and Frozen Products. Detailed descriptions of the procurement items are provided in Annex 1 SP – Detailed Description of the Procurement Items and Annex 2 SP – Draft Purchase Agreement including attachments. The public buyer has set minimum requirements that must be met for this procurement. If a specific brand, manufacturer, or product type is referenced in the description, it is for illustration purposes only, and equivalent solutions may be offered that meet or exceed the functional and technical parameters as per § 42, paragraph 3 of the Public Procurement Act. If a specific manufacturer, production process, brand, patent, type, country, region, or place of origin or production is mentioned, bidders may also submit offers for technical and functional equivalents in accordance with § 42, paragraph 9 of the Public Procurement Act.
