Romania – Unmanned Aerial Vehicles – Supply of Hardware and Software for the Project "USAMV CN-DIGITAL CONNECTING: Enhancing the Quality of University Education through Digital Development"

The contracting authority seeks to purchase the following equipment as part of the project "USAMV CN-DIGITAL CONNECTING: Enhancing the Quality of University Education through Digital Development": Lot 1. Multi-role drone package with LIDAR + accessories + software, 1 unit; Lot 7. Hardware and software for cow monitoring, 1 unit. The total estimated value is 638,799.57 lei excluding VAT, broken down as follows: Lot 1. Multi-role drone package with LIDAR + accessories + software = 472,351.27 lei; Lot 7. Hardware and software for cow monitoring = 166,448.30 lei. The contract duration is 4 months. According to Article 160 paragraph (1) of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments, the contracting authority has established that the deadline for any interested economic operator to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests made by economic operators 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers, 10 days prior to the offer submission deadline.
