Romania – School Furniture – Public Procurement for Equipment in 3 Lots under the Project "Improving the Quality of Life for Residents of Toplița Municipality, Harghita County"

This procurement involves acquiring equipment for sports halls and playgrounds in 3 lots as part of the investment project "Improving the Quality of Life for Residents of Toplița Municipality, Harghita County". The products to be supplied must meet the specifications outlined in the attached technical sheets. The technical specifications in these sheets are minimum requirements and are mandatory; failure to comply will result in offers being declared non-compliant. All products and materials to be purchased must be new and unused, and the latest models should be offered. The products and materials should incorporate the most recent improvements in design and materials. Any reference to standards will include the phrase "or equivalent," and it is the responsibility of the bidder to demonstrate equivalence if the supplied products comply with a standard equivalent to that mentioned in the specifications. During the contract execution, the contractor's activities will be guided by the following principles: i. The contractor acts in the interest of the contracting authority/entity during the supply of products, under the conditions and limits described in the documentation related to this procurement procedure; ii. The contractor aims to achieve the objectives presented for the contract regarding the optimization of resource use necessary to fulfill the contract's objectives. The number of days until clarification requests can be made before the deadline for submitting offers/applications is 18 days (before the deadline for submitting offers/applications). Responses to requests for clarification regarding the procurement documentation will be published in SEAP, in the section "Documentation, clarifications, and decisions" within the participation announcement. The contracting authority establishes the following deadline for responding clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information: the deadline is 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers specified in the participation announcement.
