Contract for Beverage Supply and Installation of Cooling and Bar Equipment

This contract involves the supply of beverages and the installation of cooling and bar equipment at three different locations in Temse, Belgium. The beverages will be supplied to the municipality of Temse, OCMW Temse, AGB Temse, and potential tenants of municipal buildings, as well as for events organized by the municipality. Possible delivery locations include various municipal facilities such as community centers, libraries, and cultural centers, as well as events like commemorations and local festivals. The contractor will also be responsible for maintaining the cooling and bar installations. The contract is non-exclusive, allowing the municipality to procure from other suppliers if needed. The start dates for the installations vary, with some beginning in September 2025 and others in January 2028. The estimated quantities for the contract are based on consumption in 2023 and 2024, but the contractor cannot claim compensation if these quantities are not met. Additionally, the municipality reserves the right to purchase local beverages from local vendors outside of this contract.
