Land Adjustment Services in Křída, Czech Republic

This public procurement contract involves the preparation of a comprehensive land adjustment proposal (KoPÚ) for the cadastral area of Křída near Stádlce. The project includes necessary geodetic work with precision suitable for the restoration of the real estate cadastre. The KoPÚ proposal must be prepared for registration in the real estate cadastre and will serve as a basis for the land office's decision on the approval of the land adjustment proposal and decisions regarding the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The KoPÚ area will encompass the entire cadastral territory of Křída near Stádlce, excluding the built-up area of the municipality, the recreational area by the Lužnice River, and the riverbed of the Lužnice River, which forms the eastern boundary of the cadastral area. The expected area of the KoPÚ in Křída near Stádlce is 450 hectares (229 hectares addressed under §2 and 221 hectares not addressed under §2). Due to elevation differences and high visibility, extensive anti-erosion and flood protection measures are anticipated to be incorporated into the KoPÚ proposal. A mandatory document will be the Study of Drainage Conditions for the cadastral areas of Stádlec, Křída, Staré Sedlo, and Slavňovice – VÚMOP (2020).
