Engineering Services for Reconstruction of Culverts in Ujsoły Forest District

This contract involves the following: 1. Under the basic order, the contractor will prepare design and cost documentation, including necessary opinions, agreements, and decisions for the reconstruction of five culverts. This will include replacing concrete pipe culverts with prefabricated arch culverts made of galvanized steel in the Ujsoły Forest District. The contractor must handle all administrative agreements and obtain necessary permits and decisions as required by law, according to the detailed description in Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference. 2. Under the optional order, the contractor may provide author supervision over the construction works based on the design documentation mentioned in point 2.1.1.1. The buyer has the right to declare the use of the option or part of it during the contract period. The buyer may choose not to use the option or to use it partially, and the contractor will have no claims against the buyer in this regard. The buyer anticipates the possibility of using the option, provided that financial resources are secured in the project "Comprehensive Project for the Adaptation of Forests and Forestry to Climate Change - Small Retention and Prevention of Water Erosion in Mountain Areas - Continuation" (MRG3), corresponding to the scope of the option activated in the case of awarding the contract for construction works based on the design documentation mentioned in point 2.1.1.1.
