Architectural and Related Services for Public Spaces in Beroun

The procurement process aims to establish a contract between the buyer, the City of Beroun, and the selected supplier. The contract will cover the following key services: 1. Development of project documentation for the approval of the PDZ project (phases 1 and 2), as specified in the contract proposal and in accordance with applicable legislation. 2. Comprehensive engineering services (phases 1 and 2) to obtain all necessary decisions, approvals, and permits as detailed in the contract proposal. 3. Project documentation for construction (DPS1) for phase 1, in accordance with the regulations set forth in Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. and related legal provisions, including the preparation of a list of construction works, supplies, and services with measurement reports and technical conditions as specified in the implementing regulation No. 169/2016 Coll. 4. Project documentation for construction (DPS2) for phase 2, following the same regulatory framework as phase 1. 5. Assistance in securing funding for the project through the relevant grant program. 6. Author supervision for phase 1 and phase 2, as specified in the contract proposal. 7. Collaboration in the selection of the construction contractor. 8. Other specific tasks defined in the contract proposal.
