Energy Efficiency and Renovation Works for the National Institute of Gerontology and Geriatrics

The National Institute of Gerontology and Geriatrics "Ana Aslan" is seeking suppliers for design, execution, and equipment services related to the renovation and modernization of buildings E, H, I, and J. This project aims to enhance energy efficiency and modernize the medical recovery laboratory at the Otopeni Clinic. Suppliers are invited to submit their offers by July 9, 2025. Clarifications can be requested up to 20 days before the deadline, and responses will be provided by the contracting authority 11 days prior to the submission deadline. All clarification requests must be submitted through the SEAP platform (www.e-licitatie.ro). The total value of the contract is approximately 56 million RON.
