Brief
The subject of this public contract is the preparation of a two-stage project documentation (hereinafter referred to as "project documentation" or "PD") for the project titled: "KŘP hlmP – revitalization of the training area Poříčany – project preparation for the area of the Regional Directorate of Police of the Capital City of Prague – Shooting Range Poříčany, Tovární 495, Kolín District". The scope of the public contract includes the following key details: a) The contracting authority requires the preparation of project documentation for the issuance of a building permit, including a list of construction works, supplies, and services, along with a measurement report, documentation part, ensuring engineering activities (including obtaining the building permit), and completing documentation for the procurement procedure and for the construction execution, in accordance with Decree No. 405/2017 Coll. as amended, considering Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. on building documentation, as amended. b) Part of the two-stage project documentation will include fire safety solutions prepared according to Decree No. 377/2021 Coll. on fire prevention in accordance with technical conditions, according to Decree No. 232/2023 Coll. on technical conditions for fire protection of buildings, as amended, prepared by an authorized person with permission under Act No. 360/1992 Coll., the Authorization Act, as amended. c) The project documentation will include the preparation of occupational health and safety plans (hereinafter referred to as "BOZP") by a coordinator with valid authorization in accordance with Act No. 309/2006 Coll., which regulates additional requirements for safety and health protection at work in employment relationships regarding ensuring safety and health protection during activities or providing services outside employment relationships, as amended; in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, as amended. d) An integral part of the subject of performance will be the provision of documents for the issuance of a building permit, where the performance will include obtaining related documents, opinions, statements, opinions from affected organizations and state administration bodies, and participants in the building proceedings (hereinafter referred to as "external opinions"). To ensure expert supervision from KŘP hl. m. Prague and the Property Management Department of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, Police Presidium of the Czech Republic, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "internal opinions"), the Department of Real Estate Management of KŘP hl. m. Prague will provide cooperation based on the submitted documents. e) The performance will include incorporating external and internal opinions into the project documentation. f) The subject of performance includes cooperation with the contracting authority in the procurement/tendering process for the construction, especially preparing responses and explanations to any questions from participants regarding the public contract; the price for this activity will be included in the price for providing performance under this contract. The anticipated start date is August 15, 2025, and the expected completion date is March 30, 2027. The contracting authority sets two dates for site visits: June 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM and July 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM. The meeting for interested parties for the site visit is before entering the area from 9:50 AM to 10:00 AM, address: Area of the Regional Directorate of Police of the Capital City of Prague, Tovární 495, Poříčany, Kolín District.
