Construction of Southern Balaton Railway Stations

This contract involves the reconstruction of three railway stations in the Southern Balaton region, specifically: 1. Balatonlelle railway stop, including the reception building and its surroundings. 2. Balatonboglár railway station, including the reception building and its surroundings. 3. Bélatelep railway stop, including the reception building and its surroundings. The project includes demolition of existing structures, construction of new reception buildings, installation of solar energy systems, gas heating systems, and air conditioning units, as well as landscaping and infrastructure improvements. Key tasks include: - Building a new reception building of 507 m2 at Balatonlelle, including necessary utility modifications and telecommunications systems. - Constructing a paved area of 804 m2. - Landscaping work over 1582 m2, including pedestrian areas and green spaces. - Preparing Building Information Modeling (BIM) documentation to support operational tasks.
