Facade Renovation Works in Sector 3, Romania

This contract involves integrated renovation works, including seismic reinforcement and moderate energy renovation of multifamily residential buildings in Sector 3, Bucharest. The total value of the framework agreement is approximately 4.52 billion lei (excluding VAT), with the largest subsequent contract valued at around 77.62 million lei (excluding VAT). The framework agreement will be established with a maximum of 5 economic operators, and the contracting authority reserves the right to adjust the agreement both in terms of value and quantity as per applicable legislation. The minimum and maximum quantities for the framework agreement and subsequent contracts are detailed in the attached documentation. The frequency of contracts to be awarded is estimated at 80 subsequent contracts over 4 years, depending on the actual needs of the contracting authority. The authority may award more or fewer contracts based on requirements. Subsequent contracts will be awarded without reopening the competition. Interested economic operators have the right to request clarifications or additional information through the SEAP platform up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the submission deadline.
