Stabilization Work for Soil on Noirmoutier Island

This contract opportunity involves a multi-award framework agreement for the transportation and mixing of seaweed washed ashore during the summer season on Noirmoutier Island. The agreement consists of two lots: - Lot 1: Transportation of seaweed from the drying platform and green waste mulch from Guérinière to agricultural plots/platforms on the island or to the SBM platform in Beauvoir-sur-Mer, with a maximum budget of €75,000 excluding tax per period; - Lot 2: Mixing of seaweed windrows on agricultural platforms on the island, with a maximum budget of €30,000 excluding tax per period. The framework agreement is set for the following durations: - For Lot 1: A firm period of approximately 12 months starting from the acknowledgment of receipt of the notification (paper or electronic) until April 30, 2026. The agreement can be extended for an additional 12 months, potentially lasting until April 30, 2027. - For Lot 2: A firm period of approximately 6.5 months starting from the acknowledgment of receipt of the notification (paper or electronic) until November 15, 2025. This agreement can also be extended for an additional 12 months, potentially lasting until November 15, 2026. Execution deadlines for Lot 1: Firm period: For seaweed transportation: approximately June 15, 2025, to September 15, 2025.
