Tree Pruning and Hedge Trimming Services in Belgium

This contract is for a stock market of services related to the maintenance of specific green spaces, including tree felling, pruning, brush clearing, hedge trimming, and the removal of green waste. BH-P Logements is a public service company governed by the Code of Companies and Associations, except for matters regulated by the Walloon Code of Sustainable Housing. The public social housing companies (SLSP) that fulfill a regional public service mission primarily manage and rent housing. This contract is a joint contract, as per Article 48 of the law of June 17, 2016, and is awarded on behalf of different contracting authorities that have come together for a single contract in the public interest. The involved authorities are BH-P Logements and the non-profit organization FEES (APL service), which have collectively designated BH-P Logements as the competent authority to act on their behalf. Although this is a single contract, bidders should note that invoices will be sent separately to each contracting authority for their respective orders, and payments will be made directly by the different entities involved. At the time of drafting this contract, the contracting authority cannot precisely define the quantities of services to be performed. Therefore, the estimated quantities mentioned in the special specifications are purely indicative and do not bind the contracting authority; the contractor cannot claim any compensation if the estimated quantities are not met. This contract does not grant exclusivity rights to the contractor.
