Digital Health Systems and Software Packages for Bistrița Emergency Hospital

The Bistrița County Emergency Clinical Hospital is seeking to equip the hospital with IT equipment and develop software for monitoring the supply chain of laboratory reagents, clinical management of the laboratory, and ensuring traceability of laboratory samples. This procurement is part of Component 7 - Digital Transformation - Investment: I3. The goal is to implement an integrated hospital information system (HIS) that connects all digital registration and management systems, allowing for computerized completion of physician orders (CPCM). This process enables physicians to electronically input treatment instructions for patients, particularly those hospitalized, so they can access HIS elements at the bedside. The concept of 'digital health' encompasses both m-health (mobile health) and e-health, describing the general use of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) for delivering healthcare services. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information from interested economic operators within 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers, which is 18 days prior to the offer submission deadline.
