Germany – Batteries – Framework Agreement for Disposable Batteries for Cochlear Implant Speech Processors

The health insurance companies TK and HEK aim to establish contracts with all suitable companies for the supply of disposable batteries for cochlear implant speech processors under uniform conditions. Individual negotiations on contract terms will not be conducted; uniform conditions apply. The health insurance companies do not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract will start no earlier than September 1, 2025 (supply start), with the shipping date or the day of submission in the retail store being decisive. To ensure a smooth start right from the supply start, we kindly ask you to sign the contract by mid-July 2025 for technical reasons. The period between contract publication (TED) and supply start is considered preparation time. During the preparation time, the health insurance companies can cancel the procedure without notice, which will automatically terminate all contracts concluded. The health insurance companies will announce such a cancellation in the TED. A contract conclusion is possible at any time within the procedure. Contracts will be concluded with all interested companies that meet the contract conditions and the requirements of the self-declaration of reliability contained in the procedural documents. The stated binding period is not relevant here and is solely due to the mandatory requirements of the form. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
