Construction Consulting Services for Multi-Family Residential Building Compliance Report

The contract involves the preparation of a comprehensive report assessing the compliance of investment projects with the essential construction requirements for a multi-family residential building located at 34 Dimitar Butanski Street, Septemvriitsi Block, Kneja Municipality, Pleven Region. The contractor is required to prepare and submit this report to the Kneja Municipality. This public procurement will be financed by funds from the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism, under procedure BG-RRP-4.023, which supports sustainable energy renovation of the residential building stock as part of investment C4.I1. It is important to note that funding for the execution of this contract has not yet been secured. Therefore, the contract will commence only after the funding is confirmed by the contracting authority, who will notify the contractor in writing. The contract will be conditional as per Article 114 of the Public Procurement Act.
