Renovation of School Building in Nordenham

The city of Nordenham is planning the renovation of the school building at Friedrich-August-Hütte Primary School. This contract is for structural planning services, covering basic services for phases 1-3 and 5-6 as per § 51 Abs. 1 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 14.1 of the HOAI. Special services are included in the tender documents where explicitly stated. Weekly construction meetings will be held, which planners are expected to attend. The building was constructed between 1971 and 1972 and has been used by the district adult education center (KVHS) as a course facility. With the KVHS moving out, the building will be repurposed for school use and all-day operation. The number of students at Friedrich-August-Hütte Primary School has been significantly increasing over the years, leading to a higher demand for supervision during lunch and after school hours. To accommodate the growing student population, the KVHS section will be expanded and renovated. The six rooms in this area of the school will be used for after-school care to meet the needs of the students.
