Supply of Tires for Vehicles

This procurement opportunity is initiated by a group of public sector entities. The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders, with payments made based on unit prices. The French fire and rescue services, along with their partners, are collaborating to enhance their purchasing capabilities through a national purchasing group known as ULISS (Union Logistique Inter Services de Secours). This framework agreement involves 21 members of ULISS, including 19 fire and rescue services and 2 departments. The goal is to ensure a continuous supply of vehicles equipped with tires in optimal working condition. The contract will include the supply of tires and their accessories, as well as services for monitoring, maintenance, installation, repair, and roadside assistance for the vehicles and motorized equipment of the participating members.
