Transportation Equipment and Supplies for Delivery of Specialized Machinery

This public procurement contract involves the delivery of specialized machinery across six distinct categories. The contract is divided into the following six categories: 1. Delivery of a multifunctional high-maneuverability machine for cleaning sidewalks. 2. Delivery of a truck with a crane. 3. Delivery of a heavy-duty vehicle with a lift of up to 30 meters. 4. Delivery of a new combined excavator with equipment. 5. Delivery of a mini tracked excavator with equipment. 6. Delivery of a machine for cleaning channels and stormwater drains. The delivery for category 6 will be awarded based on its individual value according to Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act. The estimated value for category 6 is 33,333.33 BGN excluding VAT, and its total value does not exceed 20% of the total estimated value of the contract. Therefore, the contracting authority will sign a contract for category 6 based on Article 20, paragraph 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act. IMPORTANT: Participants should not submit offers for category 6. The technical specifications and parameters for the specialized machinery in categories 1-6 are detailed in the Technical Specification, which is an appendix to the procurement documentation. To encourage competition and facilitate access for small and medium enterprises to public procurement, the contracting authority limits the number of categories for which a participant can submit an offer. IMPORTANT: Each participant may submit an offer for only one category. A participant who submits an offer for more than one category will be disqualified from the procedure according to Article 107, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act.
