Blood Collection Equipment Rental and Supply

This contract opportunity involves two main packages: 1) Package I includes the rental of machines for the automatic separation of blood into components, along with the ongoing supply of compatible blood collection containers with in-line filters; 2) Package II involves the delivery of compatible blood collection containers with in-line filters to the Regional Blood Donation and Hemotherapy Center in Łódź, Poland. Detailed specifications can be found in attachments 2 and 9 of the procurement documents. The terms of contract execution are outlined in the draft contract provisions in attachments 7a (for Package I) and 7b (for Package II). The delivery of the goods will be at the cost and risk of the contractor to the Regional Blood Donation and Hemotherapy Center located at ul. Franciszkańska 17/25, 91-433 Łódź.
