General Repairs and Renovation for Educational Institutions

This contract opportunity involves the execution of general repairs, maintenance, and emergency repairs for buildings designated for educational institutions in Romania. The work is divided into two lots: - **Lot 1**: Focuses on repairs and maintenance for public pre-university educational institutions, including kindergartens and lower secondary schools. The estimated maximum value for this lot over a 24-month period is 20,364,285.71 lei (excluding VAT), with the largest anticipated subsequent contract valued at 10,182,142.85 lei (excluding VAT). - **Lot 2**: Targets repairs and maintenance for public upper secondary educational institutions, such as high schools and colleges. The estimated maximum value for this lot over a 24-month period is 14,035,294.12 lei (excluding VAT), with the largest anticipated subsequent contract valued at 7,017,647.06 lei (excluding VAT). The total estimated maximum value for both lots combined is 34,399,579.83 lei (excluding VAT). Suppliers are invited to submit offers based on the maximum quantity of work to be executed under the framework agreement for each lot over the 24-month period. Detailed quantities and requirements are specified in the annexes of the tender documentation for each lot. The framework agreement will be awarded to one economic operator for each lot, with an expectation of two subsequent contracts per lot, awarded approximately every 12 months based on the contracting authority's needs. The signing of subsequent contracts is contingent upon the availability of allocated financial resources. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification or additional information clearly and completely, 12 days before the deadline for submitting offers, provided that requests are made at least 22 days before the submission deadline. Requests for clarification submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
