Supply of Personal Computers for Digital Services Project in Strzyżewice

This contract involves the supply of personal computers and related infrastructure as part of the project "Development of Electronic Services and Strengthening Digitalization in the Municipality of Strzyżewice". The project is co-financed by the European Funds for Lublin 2021-2027, under the Priority Axis II: Economic and Digital Transformation of the Region, Action 2.1 Digital Lublin. The scope of the contract includes the delivery of: a) 9 network switches, b) 15 computer sets, c) 9 multifunction devices, d) 1 Type A UPS for the server room, e) 4 Type B UPS for the server room, f) 2 network switches for the server room, g) 1 antivirus software upgrade for the server room, h) 1 backup software upgrade for the server room, i) 1 remote management software for the server room, j) 1 virtualization software upgrade for the server room. The delivery includes transportation, installation, and configuration of the equipment. All supplied equipment and software must be brand new, unused, undamaged, and free from third-party rights, sourced from official distribution channels within the EU. The contracting authority allows equivalent solutions to those described in the specifications. The contractor must demonstrate that their proposed equivalent solutions meet the requirements outlined in the contract description. Alternative offers and electronic catalogs are not permitted. This contract is not part of a dynamic purchasing system, and there is no option right.
