Consulting Services for Construction and Paving Work

This procurement aims to establish a framework agreement to provide support for the procurement and management of contracts for asphalt paving. The focus is on consulting services with specialized expertise in providing support throughout the procurement process and execution of contracts for land and paving work. The consultant will deliver support from the needs analysis phase before procurement to the final inspection and warranty follow-up. The municipality may conduct activities related to the framework agreement independently. In such cases, the framework agreement serves as a complement to the municipality's own operations. The municipality may also have existing agreements related to the framework agreement's area, which will remain valid despite this new framework agreement. Based on previous years' orders, the municipality estimates that orders will amount to approximately 500,000 to 600,000 SEK per year based on historical volumes. However, the municipality does not guarantee orders of a specific volume. The maximum value of the framework agreement is 4 million SEK. If orders reach this maximum value, the framework agreement will cease to be valid without termination. Such cessation will not affect the validity or terms of orders made prior to that point.
