Network Equipment Supply and Implementation for Wałbrzych City Hall

This contract involves the supply and implementation of backup equipment and software for the City Hall of Wałbrzych. It is part of the project "Implementation of e-services in the Wałbrzych Municipality - a city with county rights in the field of spatial information," co-financed by the European Funds for Lower Silesia 2021-2027. The project aims to enhance public service digitization. The buyer currently has two backup systems: 1. A physical instance of Avamar M600 and a DataDomain 6300 data storage device with a capacity of 30TB (support ended). 2. A Lenovo System x3650 M5 server with Veeam Backup & Replication 9.5 installed, with a total disk capacity of 60TB (support ended). The buyer also has external NAS data storage devices: 1. Synology RackStation SA3200D – 96TB. The buyer expects the delivery of backup software and a device equipped with sufficient disks to ensure a minimum of 5 backups of the entire infrastructure. The contractor is expected to configure the system to support all existing external data storage devices, specifically: 1. DataDomain 6300 (30TB) 2. Synology RackStation SA3200D (96TB) 3. Lenovo System x3650 M5 (60TB). The minimum technical parameters for the ordered equipment are specified in Annex 7 to the SWZ (Description of the subject of the contract). The subject of the contract is detailed in the draft agreement, which is Annex 6 to the SWZ.
