Supply of NetApp Controllers with Manufacturer Support

This contract involves the following tasks: a) Delivery, installation, and configuration of hardware, as well as the provision of licenses necessary for the implementation of the specified equipment within 60 days from the signing of the contract. This includes: - Delivery and implementation of Type A equipment to the GDDKiA Headquarters - Delivery and implementation of 8 units of Type B equipment to GDDKiA Branches. b) Provision of warranty service (by the manufacturer or authorized service) covering the repair of any issues, defects, and damages detected during the operation of the delivered equipment, as specified in the contract. This warranty service will commence after the conditions outlined in § 3, section 4 of the contract are met and will last until September 30, 2029. c) Provision of warranty service for the currently owned equipment of the Ordering Party, under the same terms as specified in the contract.
