Technical Design Services for Public Works in Romania

This project aims to organize the architectural and urban planning of the area, as well as to establish the necessary intervention categories for the protection and rehabilitation of historical monuments to integrate them into an active urban context. Key objectives include: enhancing and revitalizing the studied area with a focus on architectural monuments, improving the urban environment and areas with tourist and recreational impact; organizing architectural and urban planning in correlation with the General Urban Plan of Piatra Neamț Municipality and the Zonal Urban Plan for the protected area 'Curtea Domnească'; rehabilitating/expanding green spaces; modernizing the built environment and pedestrian and vehicular pathways; increasing the number of tourists by diversifying the quality and offerings of tourism. To ensure the necessary documentation for the development of DALI, Pth, DTAC, CS, DTOE, and execution details, studies and expertise will be conducted, including topographic studies approved by OCPI, geotechnical studies verified at the request of the authorities, historical, architectural, and landscape expertise, technical expertise for roads, pedestrian paths, and the pedestrian platform, as well as ruins of the wall, and the church. This project is funded through the North-East Regional Program 2021-2027, Priority 7: North-East – A more attractive region, Specific Objective: 5.1. Promoting integrated and inclusive development in social, economic, and environmental fields, as well as culture, natural heritage, sustainable tourism, and security in urban areas.
