Czech Republic – Equipment and Furnishings for Hospitality – Reconstruction of GZ Democracy

This public procurement contract involves the implementation of a new gastronomy operation, including construction modifications, delivery of gastronomy technology, and interior adjustments in the restaurant premises according to the PROJECT – execution of the work. The detailed scope of construction work and supplies required by the contracting authority is specified in the PROJECT and in the list of works with a bill of quantities. The delivery of the work includes the complete and flawless execution of all supplies of gastronomy technology, including their installation and commissioning, delivery of construction work and structures, including the supply of necessary materials essential for the proper completion of an operational work, as well as the execution of all activities related to the delivery of gastronomy technology and construction work, which are necessary for the proper completion of the work (e.g., site facilities, safety measures, etc.) and the provision and handover of the project documentation of the actual execution of the work.
