Elevator Replacement in Czech Republic Government Buildings

This public procurement contract involves the replacement of elevators in two government buildings: Strakova Akademie and Hrzánský Palác. The project is divided into three parts: 1) Replacement of a passenger elevator in the central part of Strakova Akademie. 2) Replacement of a freight elevator in the gastronomy area with a hydraulic scissor lift, and replacement of a small freight elevator in the kitchen of Strakova Akademie. 3) Replacement of a freight elevator in Hrzánský Palác. The contractor will be responsible for providing project and manufacturing documentation, including engineering services to obtain necessary approvals from government authorities, following a 'design & build' approach (turnkey delivery). Additionally, the contractor will provide maintenance services for a period of 5 years after the project completion.
