Audit Services for the Bank of Finland

The Bank of Finland is seeking proposals for audit services as outlined in the procurement notice published on the Hilma announcement channel. The procurement involves the examination of the Bank of Finland's accounting and financial statements in accordance with Article 27 of the European Central Bank's (ECB) Statute. The audit will cover two distinct areas: the audit of the Bank of Finland itself and the audit of the ECB's reserve assets. The audit of the Bank's administration is not included in this contract. For more details, please refer to the tender documents. The procurement contract will commence upon signing and will be valid for the duration of the audits for the financial years 2026-2031. The decision to award the contract will be made conditionally by the Bank of Finland's board. The contract can only be finalized once the Council of the European Union has approved the ECB's proposal for the Bank's auditor. The intention is to establish a procurement contract with one (1) service provider. The awarded contract does not grant the service provider exclusive rights to the services defined in the contract, nor does it include a minimum purchase obligation. Partial bids are not allowed, and alternative or parallel bids are also not permitted.
