Furniture Supply and Installation for Pontoise City Services

The purpose of this contract is to acquire, deliver, and install furniture for the services of the City of Pontoise. The contract is divided into six lots as follows: - Lot 1: Single-award framework agreement for the supply of furniture for educational and childhood services - Lot 2: Multi-award framework agreement for subsequent contracts for the supply of furniture for educational and childhood services - Lot 3: Single-award framework agreement for the supply of furniture for nurseries - Lot 4: Multi-award framework agreement for subsequent contracts for the supply of furniture for nurseries - Lot 5: Single-award framework agreement for the supply of community furniture - Lot 6: Multi-award framework agreement for subsequent contracts for the supply of community furniture. The legal form of the contract is mixed, with a part being a single-award framework agreement according to specific articles of the public procurement code, and a part being multi-award subsequent contracts. The single-award part will involve one-time purchases of equipment. Subsequent contracts will be used for projects requiring the acquisition of equipment in quantity (creation of rooms, classroom arrangements, opening of structures, or renewal of equipment). The selection criteria for the holders of subsequent contracts are detailed in the contract documents.
