Software Implementation Services for Fire Safety Systems

This contract opportunity involves the implementation, migration, and maintenance of fire safety supervision systems at the International Market of Rungis. The services required include technical studies, testing, training, provision of operation and maintenance documentation, annual maintenance, and occasional interventions. The systems involved are: - Fire supervision - Sprinkler supervision - Security management systems - Fluid management systems - Electrical management systems - Lighting management systems. The contract is divided into two phases: - Firm phase: Migration of the fire supervision and sprinkler systems to be completed in 2025. - Optional phase: Integration and migration of the building management systems to be completed in 2026 (maximum duration of 8 months). The buyer, SEMMARIS, reserves the right to confirm the optional phase until June 30, 2026. Annual maintenance is required for the years 2026, 2027, 2028, and 2029. The framework agreement allows for the issuance of purchase orders for additional services related to system evolution, extension, or intervention over a duration of 4 years (2025 to 2029). The total maximum value of the contract is €1,200,000 excluding VAT. Additionally, there is a potential for creating 3D plans of the buildings, which may be carried out in 2025.
