Supply of Binding Wire for Warehouses and Sorting Center

This contract involves the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the supply of binding wire to the public procurement authority's warehouses and sorting center. The DPS is divided into the following categories: Category 1: Binding wire 3.15 mm, Bremen rings, 20 kg rolls; Category 2: Binding wire 3.15 mm, Bremen rings, 40 kg rolls; Category 3: Binding wire 3.4 mm, rosettes, 500 kg rolls. The goal of the DPS is to allow the public procurement authority to flexibly place orders according to its actual needs, in compliance with the Public Procurement Act, i.e., at times and in quantities known to it. This DPS will be used for placing orders related to the supply of goods - binding wire for presses commonly available on the market, including transportation to individual warehouses and the public procurement authority's sorting center for a maximum duration of 4 years. This DPS is established for the needs of the public procurement authority, and orders will only be placed by the public procurement authority.
