Construction and Installation of Traffic Signs and Markings in Paid Parking Zones

This procurement opportunity is for the design, delivery, and installation of traffic signs, poles, anti-parking bollards, and horizontal road markings. The work aims to establish and maintain paid parking zones, including newly introduced areas and tasks assigned by the Sofia Municipality outside of these zones. The project is divided into three specific lots: 1. Lot 1 covers designated areas including major boulevards and streets such as "Gen. M. D. Skobeleva Blvd." and "Opalchenska St." 2. Lot 2 includes sections of the "Green Zone" paid parking area and surrounding districts in the western direction, covering streets like "Cherni Vrah Blvd." and "Henrik Ibsen St." 3. Lot 3 encompasses the eastern sections of the "Green Zone" and nearby areas, including streets like "Evlogi and Hristo Georgievi Blvd." Suppliers may submit bids for only one lot. The scope of work includes: - Replacing damaged anti-parking bollards and signs, and renewing worn road markings. - Installing new anti-parking bollards, signs, and markings, especially in expanded paid parking zones and adjacent areas. - Demarcating and applying new markings as necessary. - Other tasks assigned by the Sofia Municipality outside of paid parking zones. The project also involves the production, delivery, and installation of traffic signs and supporting poles according to the relevant regulations. The horizontal markings will be applied using specific colors to denote lines, arrows, symbols, and text on the road surface.
