    Brief

    The Delfland Water Authority is seeking a supplier for the following services: - Delivery, installation, and commissioning of coffee vending machines under a leasing arrangement (or similar solution): o Nine (9) machines at the headquarters in Delft, Phoenixtraat 32, serving approximately 250 employees; o Two (2) machines at the A.W.Z.I building in Vlaardingen, Maassluissedijk 175, serving approximately 80 employees; - Provision of corrective (2nd line) and preventive maintenance for the coffee vending machines, with Delfland handling first-line issues as much as possible. - The machines will provide free coffee, espresso, milk-based drinks such as cappuccino (with cow's milk and oat milk), hot chocolate, and hot water; - Supply of coffee beans, milk, oat milk, and cocoa for use in the provided machines; - Supply of sugar, sugar substitutes, milk powder, and tea bags (at least 8 varieties); - Supply of sustainable stirrers.
