Construction of Changing Rooms with Steel Lockers in Germany

The buyer, Zweckverband Abfallwirtschaft Region Hannover, is planning the construction of two building complexes at their headquarters located at Karl-Wiechert-Allee 60 C, 30625 Hannover. The I-building (KWA-Z04) will be a four-story social and office building with adjacent workshops, built simultaneously with the first construction phase of the H-building (KWA-Z02). The entire infrastructure will also be replaced. The new complex will include a social area, an administrative area for building management, construction planning, IT, and various meeting and training rooms. The single-story central section will house technical rooms and two workshops. The hall structure will feature a solid core for additional workshops, with both open and closed storage areas planned on the first floor of the workshops. The project will integrate the existing traffic structure and create a barrier-free entrance to the administrative building. This procurement process is for ventilated steel lockers and laundry cabinets: 76 ventilated lockers with shoe compartments and benches (90 cm wide, divided into 60 cm + 30 cm), 50 cm deep, and 1.70 m high; 8 laundry cabinets made of steel sheet with a 10 cm high base, approximately 225 cm high, 80-100 cm wide, and 50 cm deep.
