Code Management Service Procurement

This contract opportunity is for the procurement of an on-premise code management service. The service will serve as a master solution for managing code data, which is utilized across various processes and systems within organizations. Without a master solution, the maintenance and management of code data are fragmented across different systems and operations. The solution being sought will allow for the creation, maintenance, and storage of various code systems in one centralized location. This will eliminate unnecessary maintenance of code systems in the systems that utilize code data. The solution will provide or export centrally managed code data to the systems that utilize it, depending on the system's requirements, through an interface and publication selection. Modifications to code structures will be made in one place, ensuring clear and easy management of code data, avoiding duplicate maintenance of code systems, keeping information up-to-date, reducing human errors, and minimizing resource and workload. The details of the procurement and its requirements are described in detail in this request for proposals and its attachments. The buyer will select one (1) supplier to enter into a contract with. The parties to the resulting contract will only be Istekki Oy and the selected supplier. For clarity, it is stated that Istekki's clients are not parties to this procurement or the resulting procurement contract. The procurement quantities presented in the request for proposals are estimates, and the contract does not create a binding purchase obligation for the buyer.
