Window Cleaning Services Contract

The contracting authority is seeking a long-term and sustainable partnership, focusing on the best value for money. The following tasks must be performed at each location: - Clean all facade glass on both sides; - Clean all domes on both sides; - Clean all skylights on both sides; - Clean all access doors on both sides; - Clean all walls in glass valleys on both sides; - Clean all window panels on the outside; - Clean all separation glass. An exception applies to the garage doors at the fire department: these must also be cleaned on both sides. The window cleaning includes washing and drying the window frames, both inside and outside the building, including window sills and frames, skylights, access doors, walls in glass valleys, and domes. The outside window panels must also be cleaned. The contract is divided into the following 7 lots: - Lot 1: Administrative buildings - Lot 2: Urban Primary Schools - Lot 3: Urban Arts Education - Lot 4: Leisure Buildings - Lot 5: Welfare Buildings - Lot 6: De Spil vzw - Lot 7: Het Portaal vzw Each lot can be extended 5 times.
