    Brief

    This contract involves establishing a framework agreement for the supply of fine chemicals from TCI Deutschland GmbH, a division of Tokyo Chemical Industry. The range of fine chemicals will be available for individual orders through the electronic catalog of the MPG's eProcurement system. Eligible buyers under this framework agreement include the Max Planck Society and all its institutes, working groups, and research facilities, as well as any entities in which the Max Planck Society holds at least a 50% stake. Additionally, legally independent organizations scientifically associated with the Max Planck Society, such as the Max Planck Institute for Iron Research GmbH and the Max Planck Institute for Coal Research, are also eligible to place orders. The framework agreement is valid from May 1, 2025, to April 30, 2027, with the possibility of automatic extensions for up to 24 additional months, unless terminated in writing by the buyer at least three months before the end of the contract period.
