    Brief

    This contract involves the delivery of one surgical telemanipulator for minimally invasive surgery for the needs of the Gynecology and Obstetrics Department, Surgery Department, Urology Department, and the Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery Department at the J. A. Reiman Faculty Hospital in Prešov. The equipment must be new, unused, and unrefurbished, in perfect condition, and comply with all applicable legal regulations in Slovakia for use in a healthcare facility. The contract includes transportation of the equipment to the agreed delivery location, securing the transport route, unloading at the delivery site, unpacking and disposal of packaging, assembly, installation, and commissioning of the equipment, testing its functionality and operability, and providing necessary documentation for acquiring ownership of the equipment. Additionally, user documentation for proper and error-free use of the device must be provided, including but not limited to: user manual, complete user documentation, technical service documentation, installation confirmation, training for the public procurement staff on proper use with a list of trained personnel, and warranty repair services in case of defects during the warranty period, including regular safety and electrical checks as per manufacturer recommendations and applicable Slovak legislation throughout the warranty period. All written documents must be in Slovak or Czech. If official inspections or measurements are required for proper use, the contract also includes the issuance or securing of confirmation of these inspections in Slovak. If software drivers and licenses are necessary for the operation of the equipment, these must also be provided, along with all necessary licenses for proper, uninterrupted, and unrestricted use of the equipment and its software components. Detailed specifications and requirements for the equipment are included in Part B of the tender documents, and the commercial terms for delivery are in Part C.
