Procurement of Cleaning Machines for Public Use

This procurement is for the city of Pori and associated organizations to acquire cleaning machines and related equipment. The contract is expected to start on May 1, 2025. The start date is an estimate, and the contract will only be finalized upon the signing of a written agreement. The contract may also be signed before the start date, in which case it will take effect as planned on May 1, 2025. The actual contract period will last until April 30, 2026. There is an option to extend the contract indefinitely, with a six (6) month notice period for termination. The decision to use the option will be made by the procurement services and will be communicated to suppliers in advance. The procurement is divided into two categories, with a maximum of three (3) highest-scoring bidders selected for each category. Separate contracts will be made with the selected suppliers. The categories are: I) Traditional cleaning machines and equipment II) Robot-operated cleaning machines and equipment. Cleaning machines and equipment will be procured as needed, within budget constraints.
