Supply and Implementation of IT Infrastructure for National Construction Control

The purpose of this public procurement is to supply and implement server and communication equipment, as well as software licenses for the internal network of the National Construction Control Directorate (ДНСК). The procurement includes the following key components: 1. One data storage array 2. One backup storage array 3. Two SAN switches 4. Three production servers 5. One backup server 6. Backup software 7. Software for centralized monitoring and management of infrastructure 8. Twenty-eight next-generation firewalls 9. Twenty-eight type 1 switches 10. One type 2 switch 11. Eight WiFi access points 12. One centralized management system 13. One system for collecting, storing, and correlating log records. The main activities to be performed include: 1. Preparing a working project that outlines the vision for building the systems, topology, logical diagrams, and technical specifications. 2. Delivery of equipment. 3. Building or modifying the computer network, including preparing executive documentation, replacing, rearranging, or relabeling cables as necessary. 4. Replacing, installing, and configuring equipment, including replacing outdated communication and server equipment with new deliveries. The delivered equipment must fully replace the functionalities of the existing equipment and continue to work alongside other devices that are not being replaced. 5. Data and virtual machine migration. 6. Conducting tests. 7. Acceptance of the systems and commissioning. 8. Providing maintenance and configuration manuals. 9. Training IT experts and other staff of the contracting authority.
