Romania – Interpretation and Translation Services

The public procurement procedure will conclude with the signing of two framework agreements for service provision, divided into two lots as follows: • Lot 1 - Interpretation Services • Lot 2 - Authorized Translation Services. The framework agreement will be in effect for 48 months from the date of signing, with the following estimated characteristics: Minimum estimated value of the framework agreement: 359.25 lei excluding VAT • Lot 1 - Interpretation Services: 284.25 lei excluding VAT. • Lot 2 - Authorized Translation Services: 75 lei excluding VAT. Maximum estimated value of the framework agreement: 700,000 lei excluding VAT (833,000 lei including VAT). • Lot 1 - Interpretation Services: 300,000 lei excluding VAT. • Lot 2 - Authorized Translation Services: 400,000 lei excluding VAT. Minimum estimated quantity of the framework agreement: • Lot 1 - Interpretation Services: 2 hours, including: - 1 hour of interpretation in/from EU official languages; - 1 hour of interpretation in/from non-EU international languages. • Lot 2 - Authorized Translation Services: 2 pages, including: - 1 page of translation in EU official languages; - 1 page of translation in non-EU international languages. Maximum estimated quantity of the framework agreement: • Lot 1 - Interpretation Services – 2,210 hours, including:  2,000 hours of interpretation in EU official languages;  210 hours of interpretation in non-EU international languages. • Lot 2 - Authorized Translation Services - 13,000 pages, including:  10,000 pages of translation in EU official languages;  3,000 pages of translation in non-EU international languages. Value of the largest subsequent contract: • Lot 1 - Minimum estimated value of 284.25 lei excluding VAT and a maximum value of 74,925 lei excluding VAT. • Lot 2 - Minimum estimated value of 75 lei excluding VAT and a maximum value of 162,500 lei excluding VAT.
