Construction of a New Primary School and Sports Hall in Osthofen, Germany

The Wonnegau Association is constructing a new five-classroom primary school and a two-court sports hall in Osthofen, located east of the Wonnegau Hall. The school building will be a two-story, non-basement structure built with solid materials. The sports hall will also be a two-story, non-basement building constructed with solid materials, featuring a hall section. Both buildings will have flat or slightly sloped roofs with surrounding parapets. The dimensions of the school building are approximately 53.65 x 59.35 meters, with a height of about 8.20 meters above ground level. The sports hall will measure approximately 30.70 x 46.35 meters, with a height of about 9.80 meters above ground level. The construction site is located within a water protection area (Water Protection Zone IIIb). Access to the construction site will be via Wonnegaustraße and the construction road east of the daycare center, with exit via the festival area onto Herrnsheimer Straße.
