    Brief

This contract opportunity involves the construction of a new research center for the National Museum of Natural History, located at 4 Avenue du Petit Château in Brunoy (91 800). The project is overseen by the National Museum of Natural History, with EPAURIF acting as the project manager. This consultation marks the first phase of a larger initiative to create the Museum Campus in Brunoy, which aims to consolidate several of the museum's sites that are currently spread across different locations and in less durable buildings. The future Museum Campus in Brunoy will include: - Phase 1: A new research center/laboratory equipped with state-of-the-art technology to enhance research activities focused on the interconnections between human health, animal health, and ecosystem health. - Phase 2: The rehabilitation of existing buildings to create a historical heritage site from the former estate of the Count of Provence (including Villa Lionet and the Caretaker's House), intended to welcome the public for educational purposes and to disseminate scientific knowledge. The current contract involves the construction of the new research building (Phase 1) with a usable area of 1,800 square meters, as well as the development of outdoor spaces (parking and landscaping). Additionally, the project owner is committed to achieving a Silver level certification for Sustainable Building in the Île-de-France region for this operation.
