Laboratory Services for Waste Management Area

Ab Stormossen Oy is requesting proposals for laboratory services. The attached document titled 'Monitoring Program for the Stormossen Waste Management Area' outlines all sampling and analyses included in this procurement. The following sampling and analyses mentioned in the monitoring program are excluded from this procurement: - Monitoring of waste fill conditions (area, volume, subsidence) (p. 4) - Calculation of remaining volume (p. 4) - Landfill gas monitoring (p. 21) - Noise, vibration, and odor (p. 23) In addition to the sampling and analyses presented in the monitoring program, the scope of procurement also includes other sampling and analyses related to the needs of the waste management company, as specified in the pricing appendix of the request for proposals. Analyses will primarily be conducted according to the environmental administration guidelines 'Quality Recommendations for Data Submitted to Environmental Administration Water Quality Registers (2013)' with recommended limit values. In some cases/some analyses, the limit value requirements have been increased. The analysis table presents the limit value requirements that the supplier must at least meet. For organic testing packages, the supplier will provide a separate list of the compounds included in the package, their limit values, and measurement uncertainties. The supplier will be selected based on meeting the minimum requirements and having the highest total score for their proposal. The most economically advantageous proposal will receive the highest score based on overall cost.
