    Brief

This procurement opportunity involves laboratory testing services, divided into three parts: 1) Pathological and histological tests, with detailed information and requirements provided in the technical specifications (Appendix 2 of the tender conditions). 2) Microbiological tests. 3) Other tests. The maximum quantities of services to be purchased are specified in Appendix 1 of the tender conditions, which may be reduced during the contract execution. The contracting authority is not obligated to purchase the maximum quantity of services, as the actual quantity will depend on the needs arising during the contract execution, the number of patients, and financial capabilities. If necessary, the contracting authority may acquire services related to the procurement object that are not specified in Appendix 1, not exceeding 10% of the initial contract value. Payment for these additional services will be made at prices not exceeding those listed at the provider's point of sale, catalog, or website on the date of acquisition, or, if such prices are not published, at the provider's proposed competitive and market-appropriate prices. This procurement is divided into parts, allowing suppliers to submit bids for one, several, or all parts of the procurement.
